200m2 Charming urban artist loft, between the center and the green area of Vienna the stonehouse you can see on the other pictures is also to change. it`s in kroatia on a beautiful island yust oppisite of the medioevole city of ZADAR. it has 2 sleeping rooms and one living room a kitchen with open fire place and two toilets and bathrooms.All rooms have air condition. a big terrace with a wonderful view to the sea the sourrounding mountins and to the city of Zadar. the distance to the sea and the stonebeaches .is 500m. it has a very big garden with all kinds of trees.It`s very calm and almost no tourism in this little valley.

Austria - Innsbruck

We are looking for an exchange from the beginning of July for approx. 2 weeks in Italy, Ireland or somewhere else and also from 1st of September for one week. Central situated in the heard of Europa, very close to Italy and Germany, 7 km away from Innsbruck the capital of Tirol. You will find richness of culture and an unspoiled nature in our region. We live on the ground- and on the first floor. The apartment which we have available for home exchange is on the second floor with enough place for 4 peoples. We are non smokers.

We are experienced exchangers, about 20 in Europe, US, Canada, Australia... We are both retired High School teacher, 65 and 67 years old. Our apartment in Vienna is situated on the top floor (third), in the front you have a nice view over Vienna, in the back there is a green garden. There is no elevator. Its about 60 sqm and is located in the city near the train station west (Westbahnhof). Just two minutes walk away from the underground and five minutes away from a big shopping road. Just around the corner there is a supermarket. The city centre is about seven minutes with the underground. Vienna has a lot of opportunities for everyone, museums, concerts, theatres, galleries. It's also very easy to visit other cities like Salzburg, Budapest, Prag, Venice.

To Vienna 1,5 hrs, to Italy 2 hrs; for skiing 1/2 - 1 hrs,our home (165 sqm) is very cosy with a small winter garden, tiled stove & a nice garden ( 1400sqm); we love to explore the different cultures of the world, maybe you are the next?
