There is also a downstairs flat with separate entrance and drive which can be made available by negotiation. Lorne on The Great Ocean Road is in an area rich in native wildlife, ideal for hiking, fishing & swimming. It is a resort town with a strong cafe culture and all the restaurants and shopping amenities required for holiday living. From the window seats in our living room and kitchen, from the dining room and a guest bedroom/office and 2 of 3 private patios you will have unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island. Come and watch the fishing boats setting out in the morning and the pelicans gliding by at sunset. Our sunny 1500 sq. ft. Spanish style house is across the street from 150 foot high bluffs with paths leading to the shore directly below. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it accommodates 5 people comfortably with a king-size bed in the master en suite bedroom with French doors onto a back patio and koi pond, 2 single beds in a small guest room and another single bed in a larger guest bedroom/office.
