Warm and cozy mountain home with private yard, hot tub and pool (May through September). We are 1.5 miles to the town of Leavenworth, a Bavarian themed tourist town, with shops, restaurants and festivals. The area is wonderful for the outdoor enthusiast with road and mountain biking, hiking, rafting, golfing, fishing, and the winters are to die for if you love skiing. The city of Leavenworth has 3 separate trail systems (24km) for both classic and skate skiing which includes 8km of lighted night skiing. The trails are groomed daily. We are less than an hour from either Mission Ridge or Stevens Pass for great downhill skiing.

The house in Sundsvall is 170 mt2 with 5 rooms. Situated on an island outside of Sundsvall, it is connected with the mainland by a bridge. Sundsvall is 4 hours from Stockholm. It is a very nice and friendly area. If you like to play golf there are 4 golf Courses in town, there are 4 nice beaches. 5 minutes from the city. Sundsvall is situated on a stretch of coast on the East of Sweden and it is called The Midnight Sun Coast.. And it is only 5 hours by car from the artic circle. In the winter time in Sundsvall you can do activities like: downhill skiing, cross country skiing, iceskating or other traditional Swedish activities. We have also a house in the Swedish mountains Handöl/Åre is a house for skiing or hiking in the mountains, you can walk or ski between the hill stations. Excellent restaurants and beautiful historic downtown. Salt Lake City and airport is 30 minutes away. All types of cultural events, Univ. of Utah and major sports.

Sunshine Ski resort 1hr drive and open till May/Lake Louise Skiing till end of April. We are 30 min from the airport. C-train to city centre near by. References provided if desired. Very friendly neighbours.

HAVE EXCHANGE FOR SUMMER 2010 BUT COULD BE LOOKING FOR WINTER 2010/2011 AND/OR SUMMER 2011. Our house is located in the outskirts of Oslo, in a quiet residential are. Very close to forest. Also very close to public transport (i.e.bus, tram) which will take you downtown Oslo in few minutes. Excellent area for skiing (Cross Country and alpine skiing). Very nice view of Oslo and the Oslo fjord from our garden.
