Our house is a three story Victorian built in 1898 in a beautiful, quiet residential neighborhood. We have hardwood floors throughout our house, beautifully carved mahogany fireplaces and stained glass windows. We have a mix of antiques and contemporary furniture, oriental rugs and a variety of art decorating our home. Within walking distance to our home is public transportation (the 'T') one block away, a lovely park within 1.5 blocks with a playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, playing fields, and a large grassy area for relaxing. Also within a few blocks are restaurants and shops. Summer privileges at a swim/tennis club.

We have a lovely Chalet at the ?Linderhof Country Club? located on an Executive Par III golf course in the spectacular White Mountains of New Hampshire. Views are the ski trails of Attitash Mountain, the golf course, and the White Mountains. The Ellis River runs behind the condo. Go to sleep at night listening to the the rushing water down the river. This is a four season resort with a swimming pool (outside), tennis, golf, club hours, etc. (Rent your golf clubs or tennis racket at the club?.golf fee is $20 per day.) We are retired seniors, former Vice-President of Finance for a hospital and nurse, with much experience in condo exchanging with RCI.
