In order to expose our very well-behaved 6 year old daughter to foreign climes, we are seeking to exchange for your home, for a period of time during our academic holidays (June to mid-August). The home is within 400 meters of shops/restaurants/parks. Direct bus to Miami Beach or University of Miami is 150 meters away. On parle français, hablamos español. Non-smoking, no pets. House has high-speed (DSL) internet, wifi, cable TV and computer available. We wish to exchange house cleaning services, and also pool and garden maintenance is provided by us. Details negotiable. Located on Treasure Island in North Bay Village, a modest and quiet community next to Miami Beach, Florida. Beach access is less than two miles away. South Beach is a 15-20 minute drive. Miami and surrounding areas offer many tourist activities and attractions, including shopping, world-class restaurants, Jungle Island, Monkey Jungle, Butterfly World, and Everglades National Park. We will look after your home and garden with the same care. We are 2 adults. Miami has it all, beaches, shopping, fine dining and plenty of sun, sun, sun. Easy to combine trips to Key West and Disney World to extend your Florida vacation. We are 30 minutes from Miami Beach and four hours by auto from Disneyworld. Our home is comfortable and clean. We can also do a car exchange. We've got five cats who demand to be feed. Two of them might want to come into the house from time to time, but don't expect it. They are shy. In return of feeding them, we'll be happy to do the same if needed! We are looking for an exchange end of March in Spain (around Barcelona) or France (Toulouse) - to visit my family, then we would like to visit Washington late spring and later this year, we are open to a longer exchange whereever it is! |
