Comfortable 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, congenial kitchen, wireless broadband throughout, grand piano, fireplace, hottub, pool and porches in very private setting. Minutes from town and ocean, with easy transportation to New York City. NYC/Brooklyn one-bedroom apt also available separately or as package. Lovely neighborhood with all amenities minutes from Manhattan. We have rented or exchanged our home numerous times and are interested in some adventure in new places.

The joy of our Greenwood Lake Vacation House (not in Franklin Lakes) is the comfort of being in the country and the easy access to New York City. The express bus to New York City is within a two minute walk from the house. Bus trip approximately 1 hour ten minutes. Exchanges not available during June, July, August, which we reserve for weekly rental. A large dock on the water and a small beach. A sunfish, pedalboat, and canoe available for your use. Want to hike a day on the famed Appalachian Trail? If so, it is close by. Good neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores. Woodbury Commons Mall, a discount mall, with top name designers is 20 miles north of the lake. Maybe you want to keep that a secret if you travel with children! Best wishes in your travels.

Notre appartement est situe dans un quartier assez calme de New York, un quartier plutot bourgeois, a 10 minutes de Columbia University. Il est grand (140 m2) et a ete entierement renove il y a un an et demi : trois chambres, une chambre de bonne, deux salles de bain, trois WC, une cuisine bien equipee (Viking, Subzero), un coin dejeuner, une salle a manger, un grand salon. Television, ordinateur avec connexion internet. Le Subway et le bus sont a 5 mn a pied pour aller downtown. A 5mn de Riverside Park au bord de l'Hudson, a 10 de Central Park. Les courses alimentaires se font dans un rayon de 200m : Westside market est ouvert 24/24 et 7/7. Le quartier est plein de restaurants de toute sorte. Nous offrons un confortable camp de base pour visiter en tous sens New York.

Cozy 2 bedroom apartment located in an upbeat, cosmopolitan neighborhood in Queens, New York. We are a mere 5 subway stops to Manhattan and all it has to offer. Subway station is less than 10 minutes walk, so journey to midtown Manhattan is approx 30 minutes door-to-door. We have a great view of the Manhattan skyline from our 2 bedrooms (see photos 1 & 10). We are located in a charming, friendly residential complex on the border of Woodside and Astoria within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and shopping. We have all the usual equipment in the kitchen including a modern oven, a microwave and a large refrigerator etc. I (Henry) have participated in seven HomeLink exchanges in the past with my family (from UK where I grew up, to America/Canada mostly), and am looking to explore again now that I have my own home here in New York.
