The house is comfortable for 6 .It is a very old house recently renewed, near all you need. There 's a tipical market every day where you can buy fruits, vegetebales, fish.....You can have your dinners outside , on the terrasse. It 's the best way to visit Nice,to go to the sea without needing to take the car.We are near Italy (1 hour by car) near montains( 1:30 VTT , hiking, canyonning). We can exchange our car, and a city bike too. |

Apartment / flat: 7 sleeps, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.Our flat is ideally located downtown Nice. 10 minutes walking distance from the beach, 30 minutes driving from Cannes and Monaco, 45 minutes driving from Italy. You can easily walk to the heart of Nice - Le vieux Nice - and enjoy wonderful ice creams from Fenocchio and socca ( one of the numerous food speciality from Nice ) Our flat is an "vieux bourgeois" type with high ceiling and huge rooms - approx. 160 squared meters. The 5 bedrooms are big and 3 of them have double beds. We don't smoke and we do not want smokers in the flat. Nice will give the opportunity to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea, a wonderful weather with the color of the sky - AZUR - with nice local food influenced by Italy. Golf players are also welcome since we got 10 courses 35 kms around . The French Riviera is also the place to discover typical " villages de Provence" such as St Paul de Vence, Vence, Entrevaux, Biot... Approximately a 10 minute walk both to the beach and to the Old Town. We live in Norway, but spend 3-4 months each year in Nice. In 2010 we are planning to spend 3 to 4 weeks in Boston in the fall.We have swapped houses three times before. |
