Hi all, & thanks for visiting us! Tor San Lorenzo Lido (TSL) is a small seaside resort with villas and gardens. Our 2 storey terrace house is located in a small park, 300 metres from the long sandy beach, less than 40KM from ROME. Hourly bus rides to Roma Laurentina Underground B Line Station (www.atac.roma.it). 20km from Anzio harbour (summer ferry to beautiful Isle of Ponza) and 200km from NAPLES. Close to well-known wineries of CASTELLI ROMANI (scenic villages, vineyards, vulcanic lakes). Kitesurf center (www.kitesurfroma.it) 2 bikes and kayak for 2 people. Restaurants and pizzerie for all pockets are available nearby. Crowded and lively in July and August, very quiet in the other periods. Smoke-free & pet-free home. Home with 2 or more floors: 3 sleeps, 1 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms.Small attic in the Rome district of Monti, situated on the fifth floor (unfortunately without elevator) of a building in the heart in the ancient Rome, few minutes away from the Colosseum, Foro Romano, Campidoglio, and the famous Church of St. Pietro in Vincoli (Michelangelo's Moses). The terrace offers you a stunning panorama of the Roman roofs and a tremendous sight of the Capitol. The flat is perfectly restructured and furnished with art objects, endowed with all necessary equipment and devices (LCD Sat TV, air conditioning, stereo CD, safety door, small safe, etc.) for a really comfortable stay. The flat consists of a completely equipped kitchenette, a living area with a sofa (it fold out, very confortable for a adult sleeping), and a bedroom with an ample double king bed. Apartment / flat: 5 sleeps, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.Abitiamo un apartamento sul Gianicolo, un delle colline di Roma. L'apartamento è luminoso e, d'estate, molto fresco. E amplio e molto comodo per chi viene con bambini.Il quartiere è tranquillo e abbastanza centrico.Si può raggiungere il centro storico a piede : San Pietro (30 min), Trastevere (30 min). Nel bellissimo parco di Villa Pamphili (3 min.)si può andare in bicicleta, jogging, spettacoli all aperto. C'è un buon collegamento con i mezzi sia con il centro cità che con l'aeroporto di Fiumicino e il treno per Ostia (spiaggia). [8 photos] |
