Apartment / flat: 6 sleeps, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.The apartment, 200m2, at 4th floor in a nice Condo in Singapore has all the facilities needed for a nice summer vacation. COnnected to the apartment is also 2 Squash courst and Tennis courts as well as a Gym and 2 swimming pools and playgrounds. The Apartment is in a quite area at the top of Singapores most wanted shopping street (Orchard road). Walking distance to main shopping streets, theaters, consert halls, mideveal park, restaurants and bar area (Dempsey). If you want to go on picnic we recommend the Botanic garden or one of the parks close to the apartment Singapore is famous for the food varaities and shopping possibilities as well as a tourist hotspot. There is a beach close to the city and several smal islands with 10-50 minutes fastferry. It is also a central point for traveling to Asias recommended areas as Thailand, Bali, Australia. Singapore is surrounded by two rainforests which are natur reservoirs and very nice for walking. We look forward to hearing from you. |

Singapore - SingaporeLikes to go to Australia, Asia, Open for suggestions.Family/group: 2 adults. Home with 2 or more floors: 6 sleeps, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.We cannot exchange in July/August! We are a German couple, living in Singapore for 9 years. Our house is in a quiet area on the Northeastern tip of Singapore, surrounded by grassland and close to the sea. The house has about 250sqm, 3 bedrooms (one taken by the maid), an open gallery with a sofabed, 1 study (wireless internet), a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 terraces and a garden. Walking distance to a small country club (open to public) which has boating/wakeboarding, 2 restaurants, and several (karaoke) bars. Access from the house to the city by bus and MRT (subway) takes about 1h, by car/taxi about 20 min. We have two dogs and three cats. We also have a live-in maid who will be in the house when we exchange (we could also send her on her vacation if exchangers want the house for themselves and take care of the animals). We are looking for 1-2 weeks in Asia September/October , and 2-3 week in Australia over Chrismas/New Year or in January 2011. |

Apartment / flat: 5 sleeps, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms.Small friendly quiet condo with lovely pool and tennis court on the West Coast. Ten to fifteen minutes to Orchard Road and centre of town. Views of ships coming in to Singapore from bedroom. Close to Kent Ridge park - great jungle walks, West Coast park - adventure playground for children, near zoo, local shop and restaurants at the end of the road, also near Holland Village. House very spacious with big outdoor balcony and four rooms with several extra beds too. Live in maid. Three boys so plenty of toys and play equipment. Happy to swap over any school holidays, especially in Asia for short hols or France or Uk for summer hols Malaysia half an hour by car, Thailand, Vietnam and Bali all about 2 hour flights. |
